Unlike any other agency, you can call the team at any time to get advice and support in your role – we know schools and we know SEND. We also provide regular training for both our consultants and our clients, including Team Teach, autism awareness, emotional regulation, safeguarding, managing challenging behaviour and ADHD awareness.
If you’re looking for a job as a SEND consultant, a SENCO, SEN teacher, tutor, teaching assistant or learning support assistant, register with us today. Whether you are looking for short or long term contracts, full-time or part-time, we will work closely with you to find a role that matches your skills and preferences, ensuring a great experience and excellent pay.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK and for some roles (such as teachers, therapists and psychologists) you will need a UK-recognised qualification. For all roles, the ability to have a great rapport with children and young people is naturally one of the most crucial factors. Some experience with Special Educational Needs is always an advantage, but the right personality and commitment to doing a great job is equally important.
We also have strict safeguarding requirements (see Policies) which include a face-to-face interview, the provision of key documents, securing an enhanced DBS (unless you already have one on the DBS Update Service) and obtaining references. If you have not attended recent safeguarding training we will arrange this for you.
