We have a number of standards to meet – and a range of policies in place to help us meet them. Here, you’ll find all our policies and procedures, including our Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Child Protection Policy, Data Protection Policy, and our Terms of Business.

Anti-Bullying Policy

This policy outlines what ASEND will do to prevent and tackle bullying by individuals or groups. It is our aim to promote tolerance, understanding and acceptance. It is our duty to produce good citizens.

Code of Conduct

This document outlines some of the issues and conflicts that may arise in the course of work carried out by ASEND Professionals. It covers what should be done and how to avoid potentially damaging situations.

Complaints and Compliments Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality service to all our clients and candidates. We will listen to criticism to help us improve, and we welcome all types of feedback.

Data Protection Policy

This document details the data we collect, what we do with it, and how long we keep it. It explains your Data Subject Access Rights and how you can contact us.

Health and Safety Policy

It is our policy to ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, the health and safety of its employees whilst they are at work, its students whilst studying and others such who may be affected by their undertakings, and to comply with the Health and Safety at work etc. Act 1974.
