We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to work with a 22-year-old within a community setting in Ilford. This young person speaks both English and Urdu. He has been diagnosed with profound Autism, severe ADHD, combined type PICA (an eating disorder), severe complex learning difficulties, a speech and language disorder, and a speech impediment. He enjoys swimming, watching TV, baking cakes, music, and using the iPad. The provision requested is for 30 hours of SLT in total, 20 hours of which will be direct 1:1 input. The right candidate will have experience working with pupils that have additional needs such as autism and ADHD. Registration with HCPC is also essential.
